


Open File Explorer and browse to the location where the downloaded file is saved.Click Download and save the file to your computer.Once it begins to flash, it is ready to pair. If it has a repair option, you might try that. Select the Operating System that is installed on the Dell computer. Turn off your headphones and hold the Power button for at least 5 seconds to reset the list of paired devices. You might try booting with the headset plugged in to see if it makes a difference but you may have to reinstall or uninstall and then reinstall the Realtek driver.Or, click Browse all products and select your Dell computer from the catalog.Enter the Service Tag of the laptop and click Search.For more information, see the Dell knowledge base article Dell SupportAssist (formerly Dell System Detect): Overview and Common Questions. You can go to Control Panel > Hardware and Sound > Sound where you can find the headset listed in the recording devices tab. Follow the on-screen instructions to install Dell SupportAssist. Click Download & Install SupportAssist to auto-detect your Dell computer.
